2005 Conditions for Custom Corporate Gifts,
Awards & Imprinted Items
- TERMS
- A 50% deposit is required to start an order.
- Full amount due at time of
shipping.
- PRODUCTION TIME
- Order production may take up to 25 business days, in most cases it is less than 14 business days.
- RUSH ORDERS are
accepted for an additional charge, generally 20% of total order.
- ARTWORK
- Most industry standard image files, (i.e. .jpg or .eps), are acceptable for artwork submission; camera ready artwork (no faxes or photocopies) is also acceptable.
- If layout or design work is
needed, or if revision is necessary, it will be charged at a rate of
$50.00/hour.
- PAPER PROOFS
- We will automatically fax a paper proof of your order for your review. (Customer may opt to waive proof for straight text-only orders if time is limited).
- Signed proof approval is required prior to production of order
- First proof of artwork or text is
faxed free of charge. Additional proofs needed that are not due to error on
our part will be billed at $10.00 each.
- RETURNS
- Imprinted merchandise will not be returnable unless due to manufacturer’s defect. 1-World must be notified within 3 days of receipt of item of any defects on customized items.
- ALL returns must have a Return
Authorization Number to receive proper credit. Call 877-884-2402 for return
authorization.
- CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
- Cancellations may be subject to partial or full charges.
- Once art is approved, production begins; changes after this time may be subject to additional charges and may change requested ship dates.
