SHIPPING:
Most orders for single items ship within 2 - 5 business days, imprinted or engraved orders require additional time. Unless other arrangements are made, shipping will be by UPS Ground, or 3 Day Express, when selected. If you need to make special shipping arrangements, please e-mail us. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship, if an e-mail address has been provided, you will be notified when your account is charged.

International Shipping of globes is not available at this time.

It is the policy of
"1-World" to keep all collected information about customers and
visitors confidential. We will never sell or share information about
individuals with anyone. When posting guest comments and reviews, we will
only publish e-mail addresses of individuals who request that they be included
in the posting. Individuals who post to one of the film forums may choose
to post anonymously.

RETURN POLICY: Revised 02/09/2005
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee - We will be pleased to arrange a return, exchange or replacement for any product with which our customer is dissatisfied. Returns due to manufacturer's defect or damage will be fully refunded, including shipping and handling fees. Returns due to reasons other than defect or damage will be refunded, minus shipping and handling fees and must be shipped to return address provided, at customers expense. Imprinted merchandise or custom orders are not returnable unless due to manufacturer’s defect. 1-World must be notified within 3 days of receipt of item of any defects on customized items. We strongly urge customers who are shipping a return at their own expense to ship via UPS or FedEx and please insure your return, as we are not responsible for return shipping damages or loss. Returns must be received in original (new) condition and packaging. We must be notified within 30 days of shipping date of the item to authorize and process a return. Requests to return an item after 30 days of shipping date will be refused. Please call toll-free: (877)884-2402 or e-mail returns@1worldglobes.com to arrange a return. Please be prepared to provide customer name, order number, and reason for return. Refunds will be applied only to the original customer's account used for the original purchase. Unauthorized returns will be refused. In the event that your shipment arrives with damage due to shipping, you must contact the shipping company or 1-World customer service within 14 days of delivery.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
The following items are not returnable: Inflatable globes, Wall Murals (once opened), Old World Globes and Globe Bars (once assembled), chocolate globes, custom or engraved items, Zip-code Maps.
